Javier Muñoz Mendoza

Javier Muñoz is an economist, entrepreneur and strategic advisor with experience in international business development, investment structuring and operational execution across Europe and Latin America.

He began his career in financial advisory and risk consulting roles at Deloitte and BNP Paribas Real Estate, participating in international projects related to regulatory compliance, financial risk analysis and real estate advisory for institutional clients.

Alongside his advisory career, Javier has founded and developed several companies across different sectors, gaining first-hand experience in strategy design, market entry and operational execution. Through Nexum, he focuses on supporting companies and investors in international expansion, strategic positioning and cross-border opportunities, with particular experience connecting Europe and Latin America.

Elaine L. Arozarena

Elaine L. Arozarena is an international advisor with extensive experience in global leadership, strategic advisory and capital initiatives across international markets.

Throughout her career she has advised multinational companies, investors and institutions on international expansion, executive leadership and complex organisational transformations.

She previously held senior roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International, where she led international advisory and executive search mandates across Europe and the Americas. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Nielsen International and Dun & Bradstreet, and also worked with the World Bank and the Mexican Treasury Department.

Elaine currently serves on several international boards and advisory committees and has deep experience operating across Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Juan Posadas Silió

Juan Posadas is an entrepreneur and investor with more than 18 years of experience in business development, investment structuring and strategic advisory across Spain and Latin America.

Throughout his career he has participated in the identification, structuring and development of business opportunities across multiple sectors, supporting projects focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

He is the founder and director of Urban & Value, a firm through which he has led investment initiatives, project development and the structuring of strategic partnerships in different markets. In parallel, he represents his family office in institutional real estate investments, including REITs and SOCIMIs, participating in the analysis, investment and monitoring of assets across several markets.

His experience combines strategic analysis, project structuring and operational execution in complex investment environments.
